After logging into My Account, select the Modify Your PIN (Password) button. The screen will prompt you to enter your old PIN (Password), and then enter a new PIN (Password) twice, and click the Submit button. You can go into the library and ask a librarian to help you change your PIN (Password). If you have forgotten your PIN (Password), contact a staff member at any CLAMS library for assistance. For privacy reasons we are unable to determine your old PIN (Password). You can request that library staff reset your PIN (Password) to a password of your choosing.
