Tor Books has changed their policy for library eBook availability. Tor titles will now be delayed for library availability for 4 months from their release date, starting with July 2018 releases. The library community is dismayed and disappointed in Tor’s decision. Library eBook suppliers (OverDrive) are in ongoing and active dialogue with Tor to provide data and information to advocate a policy change.
