If you have not logged in yet, choose your home library, click SIGN IN and use the last four numbers of your phone number as a password to verify your account. If you'd like to reset your password to something you choose, click on your name and choose Reset PIN/Password from the dropdown menu after logging in.

It is important to do this first, then use this new password to access Libby.
